Nabeel Khashan is the Owner and President of PMI Willow Glen, part of Property Management Inc., where he combines hands-on real estate experience with PMI's trusted expertise to help property owners maximize value while enjoying complete peace of mind.
A San Jose native with deep community roots, Nabeel has been successfully managing his own investment properties for more than a decade and understands firsthand both the challenges and rewards of real estate ownership. Entrepreneurship runs in his family—his father owned and operated a beloved restaurant in San Jose for 20 years, instilling in Nabeel the values of hard work, customer service, and community commitment that drive his business today.
Before launching PMI Willow Glen, Nabeel earned his degree in International Business from San Jose State University and built a successful 25-year career in the technology industry, developing the analytical and strategic thinking skills that now benefit his property management clients.
